Product Description
The aluminum non-combustible panel is a lightweight, durable, and highly rigid aluminum decorative panel perfect for all uses in architecture, transportation, furniture, and landmark buildings. It works great for both exterior and interior wall walls or home decoration Our aluminum panels are 2.5 to 6.0 mm thick and consist of a non-combustible metal core laminated between two layers of different thicknesses of aluminum skin. It's reached the A2 fire level, passed ASTM-E84, EN13501, the AS1530 fire test, and got certified.
PARAMETERS
- Our NCP (Aluminum Non-Combustible Panel) is a 4mm thick Aluminium Core Panel that is completely non-combustible and suitable for internal and external applications where a non-combustible facade solution is required. It also has got certificates from Australian Standards, European Standards, and US Standards.
- Our NCP is made of high-quality aluminum and has an 'egg carton type’ aluminum core that separates the shell. Unlike other non-combustible and fireproof panels, we does not require the use of mineral core fillers to achieve fire resistance, so it is lighter in weight and has comparable or better structural strength.
- During the manufacturing process, we precoat a 3-coat PVDF coating to the surface. And we offer a wide range of standard colors and can also provide customized coatings that match specific color requirements.
